SmartMoves Connections was a planning project by the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC), intended to create a comprehensive regional vision for public transit across Southwestern Pennsylvania. This survey was intended to help SPC understand how connections are made across the region via public transit. It became part of a larger look at how the multiple transit systems in the region interact with each other and the cities and towns they serve. You can experience the archived survey here.
